Confirm the work area, items or materials, loading responsibility, haul-away, cleanup level, exclusions, and change process. Do not assume every visible item or adjacent area is included.
3. Prepare access and the work area
Finish keep/remove decisions, secure valuables and records, arrange keys and approvals, clear a safe route, and coordinate qualified utility work where required. Do not disturb suspect regulated material.
4. Confirm and complete
An available window is provided after review; no same-day promise is made. The authorized contact should be reachable for scope questions and should review the accepted area when the work is complete.
